1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to TiviMate Premium (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). By accessing our website at tivimatepremium.ca or using our IPTV subscription services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

TiviMate Premium provides IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) subscription services, including:

  • Access to live TV channels
  • Video-on-demand (VOD) content
  • Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
  • Multi-device streaming

Our service requires a stable internet connection and compatible devices.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where our Services are available
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access our Services, you must create an account by providing:

  • Valid email address
  • Secure password
  • Billing information
  • Device details (MAC address or device ID)

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

Do not share your account credentials with others.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Share credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the service for illegal purposes

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

5.3 Free Trial

  • New customers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. Trial terms:

    • Limited to one per customer
    • Requires valid payment method
    • Automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
    • Not available with promotional offers

5.4 Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal.

5.5 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting: support@tivimatepremium.ca

    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
    • No refunds for the current billing cycle
    • Access continues until the paid period ends

6. Acceptable Use Policy

  • You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

    Reselling or redistributing our Services
    Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
    Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions (without our permission)
    Hacking, reverse engineering, or tampering with our systems
    Streaming copyrighted content without proper authorization
    Using automated scripts or bots to access our Services
    Engaging in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
    Violating intellectual property rights
    Using the service for illegal activities

    Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

  • All content, including channels, VOD, logos, trademarks, and website materials, are owned by TiviMate Premium or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Third-Party Content

  • We provide access to third-party content. We do not own or control this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or quality.

7.3 Limited License

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

    You may NOT:

    • Copy, distribute, or modify our content
    • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
    • Use our content for commercial purposes

8. Service Availability and Performance

8.1 Uptime

  • We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors beyond our control may affect availability, including:

    • Internet outages
    • Equipment failures
    • Maintenance and updates
    • Third-party service disruptions

8.2 Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services
    • Update channel lineups and content offerings
    • Change features and functionality
    • Perform scheduled maintenance

    We will provide notice of significant changes when possible.

8.3 Technical Requirements

  • You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining adequate internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)
    • Using compatible devices and software
    • Ensuring proper configuration

    • Merchantability
    • Fitness for a particular purpose
    • Non-infringement
    • Accuracy or reliability of content
    • Uninterrupted or error-free service

    We do not warrant that:

    • Content will always be available
    • All errors will be corrected
    • The service is free from viruses or harmful components

11. Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

    WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY:

    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • Our Services are intended for use in Canada. Accessing our Services from other locations may violate local laws. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
